| dc.description.resumo | This work addresses community justice and its specialties, as well as its effectiveness in the State of Mato Grosso. The general objective is aimed at in-depth knowledge of the chosen topic, as well as the specific ones of understanding the basic constitutional law that allows community justice, the programs offered by it and finally understanding what community justice is like in Mato Grosso. However, every work requires a problem that will be answered as you read, therefore, what are the functionalities of community justice? Well, to answer this question it was necessary to outline the methodology to explain all the information that deals with the subject, therefore, the descriptive methodology was used, based on the last 10 years with respect to the understanding that goes beyond that time and remains in force to this day. Finally, community justice is the extension of the right to those who are less disadvantaged and who are supported by Law that justice is for everyone who needs it. | En |

| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho aborda a justiça comunitária e suas especialidades, bem como, a sua eficácia no Estado de Mato Grosso. O objetivo geral está direcionado ao conhecimento aprofundado do tema escolhido, bem como os específicos em entender a Lei basilar constitucional que permite a justiça comunitária, dos programas oferecidos pelo mesmo e por fim compreender como é a justiça comunitária em Mato Grosso. No entanto, todo trabalho necessita de uma problemática que será respondida no delongo da leitura, portanto, qual as funcionalidades de uma justiça comunitária? Pois bem, para responder tal pergunta foi necessária traçar a metodologia para explanar todas as informações que tratam sobre o assunto, por conseguinte, utilizou-se a metodologia descritiva, com base nos últimos 10 anos com respeito ao entendimento que ultrapassa esse tempo e se mantém vigente até os dias atuais. Por fim, a justiça comunitária é a extensão do direito para aqueles menos desfavorecidos e que estão respaldados por Lei que a justiça é para todos que dela necessite. | en_US |
