| dc.description.resumo | This course completion study aims to reflect on how the subject is constituted and its relationship with the perverse structure in the clinical practice of psychoanalysis. To better understand these issues, it is necessary to analyze important factors in human development, such as fetishes, and how they are present in the formation of the subject, especially in the perverse structure. A bibliographical survey of the concepts and theoretical foundations of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan will be carried out, focusing on the conceptions about the formation of the subject. Aspects such as the presence of the fetish in sexuality, its relationship with fantasies and objects of desire will be examined, as well as the defense mechanisms involved in the perverse structure. The study aims to expand knowledge about the role of the fetish in the construction of the subject in psychoanalysis and provide reflections and insights for clinical practice in this structure. A critical and in-depth analysis will be carried out on the relationship between the fetish and the perverse structure, aiming for a greater understanding of the complexity of the individual and their psychic manifestations. | En |

| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo de conclusão de curso tem como objetivo refletir sobre como o sujeito é constituído e a relação com a estrutura perversa na prática clínica da psicanálise. Para compreender melhor essas questões, é necessário analisar fatores importantes no desenvolvimento humano, como o fetiche, e a fixação presentes na formação do sujeito, especialmente na estrutura perversa. Será realizado um levantamento bibliográfico dos conceitos e fundamentos teóricos de Sigmund Freud e Jacques Lacan, enfocando as concepções sobre a formação do sujeito. Serão examinados aspectos como a presença do fetiche na sexualidade, sua relação com fantasias e objetos de desejo, bem como os mecanismos de defesa envolvidos na estrutura perversa. O estudo visa ampliar o conhecimento sobre o papel do fetiche na construção do sujeito na psicanálise e fornecer reflexões e insights para a prática clínica nessa estrutura. Será realizada uma análise crítica sobre a relação entre o fetiche e a estrutura perversa, objetivando uma maior compreensão da complexidade do indivíduo e de suas manifestações psíquicas. | en_US |
