| dc.description.resumo | The schedule is a very important work tool, since it is present from the beginning of the feasibility study until the implementation of the work. In civil construction, each work requires the elaboration of a specific schedule, since there is no universal model that can be used as a reference. The elaboration of a schedule makes it possible, in addition to monitoring labor productivity. On some occasions, even with the strictest schedule, there are still disorders, but it mitigates the impact of the respective disorder, as several factors, especially external ones, can compromise the progress of the work. And so to be able to check if the schedule is being applied as planned, the result of the investigation presented here addressed some of these factors and their respective influences on the civil construction work routine. At the end of this investigation, it was found that the main reason that caused delays in the completion of the three surveyed works, here named A, B and C, was the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the new coronavirus, followed by documentary pending by the Owners with Banco Caixa Econômica Federal and problems with labor and management in civil construction work. | En |

| dc.description.abstract | O cronograma é uma ferramenta de trabalho muito importante, pois está presente desde o início do estudo de viabilidade até a implementação do trabalho. Na construção civil, cada obra requer a elaboração de um cronograma específico, visto que não há um modelo universal que possa ser utilizado como referência. A elaboração de um cronograma possibilita além do monitoramento da produtividade do trabalho. Em algumas ocasiões mesmo com o mais rigoroso cronograma, ainda há transtornos, porem o mesmo mitiga o impacto do respectivo transtorno, pois diversos fatores, principalmente os externos, podem comprometer o andamento do trabalho. E assim poder verificar se o cronograma está sendo aplicado como planejado, o resultado da investigação aqui apresentada abordou alguns desses fatores e suas respectivas influências na rotina de trabalho da construção civil. Ao concluir esta investigação, constatou-se que o principal motivo que provocou atrasos na conclusão das três obras vistoriadas, aqui nomeadas como A, B e C, foi a pandemia COVID-19 provocada pelo novo coronavírus, seguido por pendências documentais dos Proprietários junto ao Banco Caixa Econômica Federal e ainda problemas com mão de obra e gestão em obra da construção civil. | en_US |
