| dc.description.resumo | This work aims to study parental alienation, in this way, it will go through all its legal and customary extinction in Brazil, parental alienation if proven, is characterized as a crime, which can be affected by the children who can do nothing, otherwise we can see in the course of this study, that the one who suffers most from the separation and the child of the divorced couple, that is, in the fight between couples who is injured or even lost, is the child who is alienated there by the custody with a distorted view of the other person to whom she only has the registration on her RG, whether she is a mother or a father, cases like this are commonplace in Brazil, but how to avoid it? How to prevent such cases and how can we improve the legal system to protect the integrity of the child who suffers parental alienation? All this will be studied in this work, demonstrating all the current legal knowledge and dealing with the subject in the past, present and future. | En |

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho visa estudar a alienação parental, desta forma, percorrera toda a sua extinção jurídica e habitual no Brasil, a alienação parental se comprovada, se caracteriza crime, podendo este, ser afetado pelos filhos que nada podem fazer, do contrário podemos perceber ao decorrer deste estudo, que quem sofre mais com a separação e o filho do casal divorciado, ou seja, na briga entre casais que sai ferido ou até mesmo perdendo, é o filho que fica ali alienado pela guarda com uma visão distorcida da outra pessoa a quem possui apenas o registro em seu RG, sendo ela como mãe ou como pai, casos como este são corriqueiros no Brasil, mas como evitar? Como prevenir tais casos e como podemos melhorar o ordenamento jurídico para resguardar a integridade da criança que sofre a alienação parental? Tudo isto será estudado neste trabalho, demonstrando todo o conhecimento jurídico atual e tratando sobre o tema no passado presente e futuro. | en_US |
